Manchester United got their 2023/24 Premier League season underway with a 1-0 win at home to Wolves last night.

Raphael Varane scored the winner on the night at Old Trafford, heading home Aaron Wan-Bissaka's cross from close range as United struggled to find their rhythm against an electric Wolves side. A late penalty call for the away side was turned away as the Reds managed to start the new season with a clean sheet.
